I have lived in this great area of Ontario my whole life. And I love it. Being part of this community including Simcoe, Norfolk, Brantford, Brant County and surrounding areas, I have found my own “dream come true” life; living, playing, and working in a community I love with a lifestyle I cherish.

I can’t wait to share it with you.

The journey that led me here began in my quest for buying and selling property, where I quickly realized how stressful it could be. I learned firsthand how one of the most exciting times in your life could quickly turn into an overwhelming, stressful time. Making monumental decisions about such a significant investment and the transition process in general is so much easier with a professional who understands that. Through that experience, I have cultivated a genuine and intentional desire to minimize that stress for others, starting with a trusted relationship and ending with clear results.

Born and raised in Brantford, my parents instilled me with two core values: work hard and be kind. Aligned with the core values of integrity, honesty, determination and commitment, I have found my “home” in this community, personally and professionally. Along with expertise and experience, I offer an inside track to the market in this area. I live in this beautiful community with my husband Danny, our two boys Lucas and Lennon, and our four-legged Husky, Hunter.

Combining my passion with solid negotiation skills and marketing insights makes my work so meaningful. I am thrilled to be part of a dynamic team of motivated, driven, and like-minded women on The Kate Broddick Team. We collaborate and support each other to be the best for every client.
